• I accept, declare and undertake that I will not be in any personal contact or commercial relationship with the customers I come into contact with because of my duty without the knowledge and permission of Bİ ŞOFÖR, in such a case, I will pay all kinds of compensation claim directed to me by the Bİ ŞOFÖR in cash and at once.
• I accept, declare and undertake that I will not make any written or oral accusations that may cause discomfort to the customers during or after the task,that I will not engage in any illegal or unethical behavior, that I will be held responsible if I do.
• I accept, declare and undertake not to use the materials, mobile phones, tablets, computers, information, documents, technological devices, etc. equipment and materials delivered to me for use in my work for any purpose other than their intended purposes, and not to return all kinds of equipment delivered in full upon termination of the service contract.

• I accept, declare and undertake that I will abide by the confidentiality of wages, that I will not share the wages I receive with any personnel, that I accept the legal sanctions that may arise if I share it.
• I accept, declare and undertake that I will not drive without a license, if I experience a criminal situation related to my driver's license or if my driver's license is seized, I will immediately notify the management of Bİ ŞOFÖR and I will not serve in such a situation.
